PHP Live Helper Requirements
Generally, PHP Live Helper will run on any server and OS that has PHP and MySQL support, however we do recommend a UNIX / LINUX environment with at least the following configurations:
PHP
Your web server or hosting company must support PHP 4.1 or better and PHP 5 is recommended and supported.
MySQL
The web server or hosting company must support must have support for MySQL databases. SunShop is compatible with MySQL versions from 3.23 to 5.0.x. You will need to have access to a MySQL database, so make sure you have the following information ready when attempting the installation: your MySQL server/host name, your database name, your username and password for MySQL access.
Web Hosting
Depending on which distribution is used, a fresh installation can require up to 25 MB of disk space. The database space used by PHP Live Helper depends on the number of operators and transcripts stored in it. Accordingly, database space requirements may vary from as little as 1 megabyte for small shops to over 100 megabytes for large stores.
