To ensure customer satisfaction, Turnkey Web Tools now offers 14 day money back guarantee for all of our products. We will do the best we can to ensure you are totally satisfied with our software and customer service.

 

Software License Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with our products you have the right to request and receive a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No refunds will be given after 14 days. Each client has the right to one refund only and no repeated refunds are available.

No refunds will be given for additional licenses purchased on existing accounts, multi-license purchases, license renewals or asp licenses.

Installation & Upgrade Service Refunds:

Refunds for installation & upgrade services will only be given on installations & upgrades that have not yet been performed. Any request for a refund on an installation already performed by a Turnkey Web Tools representative will not be honored.

Customization Refunds:

Turnkey Web Tools will only offer refunds on custom development if the work has not already been started. If the customization has started and a request to cancel the customization is requested, the initial deposit will be forfeited and any remaining work will be halted. No refunds will be given on completed customization projects.

Technical Support Refunds:

Refunds for paid technical support services are available only if none of technical support points were used for provision of support services. Partial refunds for technical support services will not be given.

Refund Procedure:

We believe that most requests for returns can be avoided which is why the following steps must be completed in order for us to process your request.

  1. Contact our support staff before submitting your request to get professional assistance on any technical issue you have faced while installing/configuring the software. They may be able to help you find a feature you are looking for that you currently can't locate in the software. If we are unable to assist you, you will be given a reference number to place in your refund request.
  2. Download letter of destruction form here and fill it out completely.
  3. Delete the software from your web server.
  4. Fax the form to 951-302-2230 within 14 days of the order.

All refund requests must be faxed and received within 14 days after the licensing fee has been paid or when the contract was signed, whichever is earlier. The 14 day money back guarantee begins and includes the date of purchase. Requests directed via email or phone calls are not accepted for cancellation and will NOT be honored. In addition, all request that do not follow the above steps will NOT be honored.

Please note that no refunds will be given until we verify that the software has been removed from your web server and that the letter was indeed received within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of your request. Failure to meet the conditions above will result in NO REFUND being issued.
